EGAR Technology Company has completed the project in Home Credit Bank for the introduction of proactive monitoring of business operations, which are carried out in an integrated landscape of the IT systems of the Bank and are critical for business continuity ensuring.

EGAR Technology specialists deployed a centralized monitoring system, allowing for real-time control of performance and reliability of core banking applications and enterprise service bus. This solution has been built on the basis of the CA Application Performance Management (APM) product line, its key component being the CA Introscope product (former name – CA Wily Introscope).

A detailed monitoring system allows to centrally manage business applications covered by the bank 24×7 using a variety of “monitors” that provide convenient tools for graphical analysis of the current situation for operators of support department.

Proactive nature of the monitoring process gives the opportunity to localize the negative trends of failures in critical business processes and to provide the high level of operation reliability of corresponding IT systems complex.
