DATAS TECHNOLOGY HAS SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED A PROJECT TO CREATE A SYSTEM TO ENSURE THE PROCESS OF MONETIZATION OF STATE SUBSIDIES AND BENEFITS FOR UKRAINIAN CITIZENS IN THE OSCHAD BANK

DATAS TECHNOLOGY HAS SUCCESSFULLY COMPLETED A PROJECT TO CREATE A SYSTEM TO ENSURE THE PROCESS OF MONETIZATION OF STATE SUBSIDIES AND BENEFITS FOR UKRAINIAN CITIZENS IN THE OSCHAD BANK

The project team of DATAS Technology experts, given many years of experience, completed the project and put it into industrial operation in a very short time.

The developed system is built on microservice architecture and implements the following functionality:

  • Exchange of information registers from the Ministry of Social Policy and creation of databases of subsidy beneficiaries and service providers
  • Accrual of subsidies / benefits to recipients
  • Registry processing from service providers according to established priorities
  • Integration with banking systems to provide billing with service providers and payments to recipients of subsidies / benefits
  • Work with QES through external bank services
  • Built-in system performance monitoring
  • Formation of reports and statements for the Bank’s branches
  • Create and send SMS messages

The system’s functionality is deployed on the Bank’s Web Portal and is an integral part of it.

Within the project multifunctional cabinets and ARMs were created with built-in mechanisms of authentication / authorization of users through Active Directory of the bank:

1. Office of the recipient of social benefits (subsidies and benefits), with the ability to view the following information:

  • Personal data of the recipient
  • Data on monthly charges, write-offs
  • Data from registered service providers

2. Cabinet of service providers:

  • Downloading registers by type of service
  • View and download answer registers

3. Employee Bank (back and front office):

  • Search for subsidy / benefit recipients by different criteria
  • Search and view information about registered service providers
  • Work with the received information registers
  • Creating, reviewing and sending reports to SMEs
  • Manage enrollment / cancellation processes, payments with suppliers
  • Forming statements

4. Admin ARM:

  • System setup and configuration
  • Performance monitoring and search for bottlenecks
  • Search and view system logs

Designed cabinets allow thousands of users to work simultaneously with no functional limitations.
